19 mile long run.

That was interesting. Just a casual long run. The weather and views were epic so I just kept running and figured I could get the bus home :) Mile 17 = the bonk of all bonks took me out. Hit the 19 and then nearly died in Costa coffee. Parts of my body felt ways that they have never felt before. My fuelling needs work.. but I knew that.
